Dropped the picture off yesterday, helpfully accompanied by the subject of the photo - My Brother!

We went to the London College of Communication and saw just how many images have been entered into the competition, think mine was number 2500 ish.

So anyway, regardless of the outcome, I am happy that I have started looking at portrait photography in greater detail.

Will leave you with a quick image of my brother - face this time (you will have to wait and see what I mean by that)

I have decided to enter the Taylor Wessing Photo Competition this year!

Don't really have that high an expectation of how I might do, but I wanted to start somewhere.

Closing date is the 20th of July, so need to get cracking. I have already approached my subject - My Brother - and he is ready and willing!?!

So hopefully this site will allow me to record the process as I go - keep looking back
